New Trends in Relationship Marketing

To understand the role of Relationship marking in 21st century it is very important to know how marketing approach was dealt in past.Marketing was more focused on traditional approach which meant that it placed more emphasises on building and modifying 4p’s (Price,Place,Promotion and Product) in order to achieve profitability but later on they found out that marketing mix approach was not sufficient as marketers believe that the customers and marketing segments are not all the same and cannot be treated at a same level. Therefore the focus shifted to Relationship marketing which can be termed as to establish,maintain and enhance relationships with customers and other stakeholders at a profit so that the mutual objectives of both parties are met.
